How To Get An Ebay Coupon Codes

eBay coupon codes give you special discounts. Sometimes these codes can be for certain category items such as electronics or they can be general.

They can also be a set dollar amount such as $5, $10, $25. They also usually relate to making purchases by PayPal as an incentive to get more people (like there's not enough already) to use PayPal for their auctions.

Obviously this is a huge benefit to eBay, if everyone is using PayPal they get a percentage of each transaction since they own PayPal, it's a win-win for eBay's bottom line and win-win for you because you get a discount on your auction purchase.

If you've ever tried to use a coupon code you might have realized they don't all work for everyone, sometimes only some people are successful using them, why is this?

There's two reasons. The first being eBay emails these codes out to a select group of people (most likely a lot of them are NOT using PayPal to pay for their auctions). This means they know how many people should be claiming the codes. So let's say they email 500, 000 people a coupon code, once it has been used that many times it MAY stop working. This is pure speculation but would explain why there's coupon codes out there that only worked for some people.

Another reason is the codes may be set to work for a limited time, say a holiday special coupon when used by a certain date. This is a highly likely reason most codes you find don't work.

Everyone likes coupons so it's no wonder tons of people are interested in getting eBay coupon codes. Don't expect to find them easily and when you do, don't expect them to work at all, unless of course eBay sent you one.
