Hi everyone. I found on the eBay UK site it says you have to be registered as Business to become a powerseller, but this requirement does not exist on the US site.
So does a seller can become a powerseller if registered as personal account (the default account type)?

no, it's a tax issue. if you reguster as business you need to do a tax return and stuff. don't bother.
