Put something up over the weekend, and relisted yesterday with a lower reserve price, however Im concerned that the last sale, which didnt go through the reserve price, may still appear on my invoice and thus need paying for when the Direct Debit comes in.

The reserve price fees are non refundable. They still charge them if the item doesn't sell.
